And why doesn't antitrust law allow for the Fed gov to file ON BEHALF of the billions of humans adversely affected by monopoly control? So then we can slice a larger piece off the trillions Google is worth and force it to change its behaviour through economic means. Maybe if we ever get congress to work again, they can amend the law to account for such a discrepancy. Sorry, so much of this case infuriates me.
This is so personal I am actually tearing up. This is not just about money. They crushed people's hopes and dreams. They destroyed faith in our economic democracy aka the level playing field. Worst of all, their gaslighting, left us questioning what was real.
